My dad and I needed a healing day. We drove up Provo Canyon and decided to drive to Aspen Grove. It was so green and lush and lovely. Just what we were looking for! Then we turned around and began coming back. We saw Sundance Resort and decided to go in and see if there was something to eat as it was lunch time. We entered the Foundry Grill and had a lovely lunch with salads. We left to head back to the car, but saw the chair lift moving along up the green mountain. "Hey, should we do that?" We bought tickets and had a serendipitous ride all afternoon up to the very top of the mountain! It was so healing and beautiful. Just quiet, and then friendly people also looking for a nice afternoon were coming the other way. I couldn't have had a better day.
