It is the end of August, and I am trying not to go to the grocery store until September (something about a budget gone over), so I typed in a few ingredients I had on hand for dinner, and All Recipes came up with this skillet-full called, "Squash Stuff". I think it looks better than it sounds, and it is still cooking, so Dad will be the tester to give it a thumbs-up or a "once a decade" meal. Ben conveniently headed out for the Provo High Football game before dinner (but I'm sure he would have had a heaping helping had he been here).Thursday, August 28, 2008
Squash Stuff
